Summary of Position The Emergency Services and Security Manager leads the facility's emergency preparedness, emergency response, and security programs to protect the community, environment, plant personnel, assets, and operations. This role oversees the Emergency Response Team (ERT), ensures compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, and maintains readiness to respond to hazardous material incidents, fires, medical emergencies, security threats, and other crisis situations. The position works closely with site leadership and external agencies to promote a safe, secure, and resilient manufacturing en
