What You’ll Do: Lead Recognition & Engagement Initiatives Own and evolve Convera ’s employee recognition programme, ensuring it is meaningful, consistent, and widely adopted. Drive awareness and participation, enabling moments that reinforce our culture and celebrate impact. Continuously improve the programme to maximise engagement and relevance. Activate Our Values & Culture Bring Convera ’s values to life across the organisation, helping employees understand and apply them every day. Partner with managers to embed values-led behaviours that support a high-performing, winning culture. Ensure our cultural narrative is clear, consistent, and actionable. Deliver Insight-Led Listening Programmes Play a key role in delivering Convera ’s employee listening strategy. Analyse Employee Pulse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Translate data into clear, actionable insights and influence senior leaders to improve engagement and performance. Partner & Deliver at Pace Collaborate with HRBPs and stakeholders to deliver engagement initiatives and projects end-to-end.
