As a Renewal Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with business clients in the 2–50+ employee space to renew their group health insurance policies. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless renewal process, upsell additional ancillary lines of coverage, and manage and maintain a group book of business. If you have a strong understanding of group health insurance, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in client relationship management and upselling, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and growing organization.
