Employment Hero Expert

About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Employment Hero specialist to work with our management and operations teams on a contract basis. The successful contractor will be responsible for reviewing our current setup, identifying gaps, recommending the correct structure and ensuring Employment Hero is configured to support our HR, recruitment, payroll and workforce management requirements. You will also provide guidance to our internal team on best practices, available features, automation opportunities and how Employment Hero should be used on an ongoing basis. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the project, provide clear recommendations and help us establish a professional, compliant and scalable HR system. Key Responsibilities Employment Hero Setup and Configuration Review our existing Employment Hero account and current system configuration Identify incomplete, incorrect or inefficient areas within the platform Configure company settings, business entities, locations, departments, teams and reporting structures Establish appropriate user permissions, administrator access and manager access Configure employee profiles, employment types, classifications and organisational structures Ensure the platform is set up correctly for both Australian and offshore employees where applicable Recommend the most appropriate Employment Hero modules, features and integrations for our business Recruitment and Hiring Configure recruitment and applicant tracking workflows Develop structured hiring processes within Employment Hero Set up job requisitions, approval processes and candidate stages Create interview, reference check and candidate assessment workflows Establish offer letter and employment contract templates Configure pre-employment documentation and compliance requirements Set up automated candidate communications and internal hiring notifications Advise on how Employment Hero can support recruitment across multiple roles, departments and client
