How You’ll Contribute: The Engagement Manager is responsible for leading client engagements from pre-sales through delivery, ensuring high-quality consulting services that drive client success. This role operates as a hybrid position, combining engagement delivery with commercial pre-sales support—partnering with Sales, Proposal Management, and cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals and ensure seamless execution from pursuit through project completion. Location: US - Virtual What You’ll Do: Engagement Delivery & Client Management Lead end-to-end Advisory Services engagements from discovery through final deliverables Serve as a primary client interface, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction Facilitate discovery sessions, gather requirements, and develop client-ready deliverables and narratives Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and overall engagement health Ensure delivery quality, alignment to scope, and adherence to budget and objectives Hybrid Pre-Sales & Proposal Enablement Support development of proposals, SOWs, and executive summaries aligned to client needs and Advisory offerings Contribute to RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses, ensuring alignment across technical, commercial, and delivery inputs Partner with Proposal Managers to shape n
