This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at our Oxford, NC office. Overview: Plan, organize, facilitate, manage, and lead continuous improvement projects for assigned value streams. Develop standard processes for data collection, analysis, and action planning directly related to key Business Results and operational KPIs. Develop and maintain Daily Management Systems to ensure standard processes and resulting output measures are sustained. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for all critical process parameters for assigned business unit.
