Couplings using 2D & 3D CAD techniques. Perform the 2nd level checking activities for HPC/Std. coupling GA&DDs. Record inspection results and maintain detailed logs of findings in DOSE. Mentor and providing technical direction and oversight for High Performance and Standard Coupling design and engineering activities. Strictly adhere to established quality standards and engineering guidelines for self-created & checked drawings. Collaborate with teams to enhance outcomes in Training initiatives, Knowledge-sharing activities, Quality improvement effort etc. Coach and motivate team members on performance and continuous improvements. Meeting the Engineering KPI ‘s and focus on OTD and Quality metrices. Working directly with all internal stakeholders and align with them on Engineering Service Level to meet their expectation.
