Key Activities: Responsible for on time delivery of manufacturing drawings / General arrangement dwg/ BOMs for filter solutions, elements, tools as well as the necessary product documentation. Training and mentoring filtration engineering team subordinates Ensure on time delivery of manufacturing drawings / General arrangement dwg/ BOMs for filter solutions, elements, tools as well as the necessary product documentation Responsible for quality of the engineering deliverables and resolution of any quality issue raised Quality checks for engineering deliverables from junior team members Performing engineering calculation and Engineering documentation creation for customer Use of standard product sizing and selection tools, as well as follow or enhancement of standard working procedures Drive continuous improvement, standardization, VAVE, and other strategic initiatives Work closely and collaboratively with other engineering teams in Netherl
