Woolpert is hiring a Stormwater Site/Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Water Team in Pennsylvania . This position is primarily responsible for supporting the technical delivery of projects and contributing to project phase and task execution. The role offers opportunities to grow technical expertise and project coordination skills while working alongside experienced professional engineers and subject matter experts. This position will be part of a team engaging stormwater and energy clients in Pennsylvania and Virginia, as well as across the country, in support of client objectives in the areas of Water Resources Design, Drainage Design, Utilities Design, Site Civil Design, Process Improvement, and related studies and analyses. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country where the job is located. What You Will Do Support various phases of Site/Civil projects for energy clients in Pennsylvania, specifically in the areas of stormwater and erosion and sediment control design and permitting. Prepare stormwater and erosion and sediment control designs that meet local and state regulatory requirements. Assist in preparing permitting documents for approvals ranging from zoning permits through NPDES stormwater permits. Perform technical aspects of project deliverables consistent with scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Coordinate with project team members to support successful project execution
