About the Role We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers focused on increasing the number of fleets on the Coast platform. You'll partner directly with Product and Design to ship high-impact capabilities that move critical business metrics. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set technical direction, coach engineers by engaging with their real work, lead by example, and raise the bar on how the team operates. You will have the opportunity to help shape a fast-growing engineering organization. Coast is an in-person company, with flexibility to work from home ~1 day per week. This role is based out of our New York City office. We believe great products are built by people in the room together, collaborating closely, moving fast, and pushing each other to raise the bar. What You’ll Do Own delivery for your team — keep engineers unblocked, motivated, and focused on the work that drives Coast forward.
