Engineering Manager - Credit Card Payments NORAM As an Engineering Manager based in Chicago, you will lead a team of software engineers responsible for building the leading Card Payments platform in NORAM. Your mission is to drive the evolution of Adyen’s credit card platform across the region: engineering scalable, resilient, and high-performance payment capabilities that process critical transactions for top-tier merchants at scale. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to deliver core functionality across the Card Payments domain (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). As a people leader, you will champion an inclusive environment, coach engineers through continuous growth, and shape technical direction within one of Adyen's primary payment domains.
