This role requires a balance of short-term delivery and long-term investment in people and architecture. We look for leaders who are "system thinkers" - individuals who can navigate technical complexity while maintaining an empathetic approach to team leadership. To support Crunchtime’s continued scaling, we are adding two new Engineering Manager roles to the organization. These strategic hires will expand our leadership capacity, enabling the formation of a new Crunchtime Suite team and providing the dedicated oversight necessary to accelerate our development roadmap. Our applications are designed to provide a unified, data-driven experience for our global hospitality customers. What you’ll d o as an Engineering Manager: Manage 1–2 teams (approx. 4–10 engineers total). You own the full talent lifecycle: hiring, retention, professional development, and performance management. Work as a strategic partner to Product Management to balance new feature development with the technical debt and maintenance required to keep the platform stable.
