Engineering Manager, Mobile

We are looking for an Engineering Manager, Mobile to lead our mobile engineering team and help shape the future of our mobile platform. This role is ideal for someone who is both a hands-on technical leader and an experienced engineering manager, with deep expertise in mobile development across iOS, Android, and cross-platform technologies (KMP, CMP). You will guide the team through major technical initiatives including platform modernization, architectural design, and the integration of AI-assisted development tools, while building a high-performing engineering team and maintaining strong development practices. This role requires someone who has personally built mobile systems at scale, successfully led codebase and platform transformations, and can help the team adopt modern development workflows including AI-enabled coding tools. What You'll Do Technical Leadership Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade mobile applications and platform systems. Architect scalable, stable, and secure mobile frameworks and platforms that support evolving product needs. Drive major architectural improvements, platform modernization, and codebase overhauls. Develop and maintain engineering standards, development practices, and reusable architectures across the mobile platform. Evaluate, select, and implement AI-assisted coding tools and development workflows to improve engineering productivity and quality. Team Leadership Manage, mentor, and grow a team of mobile engineers. Foster strong engineering culture through Agile development practices, technical excellence, and collaboration.
