Binti builds software for state and county government agencies, focusing on reinventing social services. We started in child welfare, with the mission of helping every child have a safe, loving, and stable family. To date, we’ve helped approve more than 100,000 families to foster or adopt, and we support over 49% of the nation’s child welfare system. We have expanded our product offerings in child welfare, moving more to the root of the problem, helping families stay together and avoid separation, and are now expanding horizontally across other areas in social services. POSITION SUMMARY As an Engineering Manager at Binti, you will lead a talented and dedicated engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. You will help set ambitious but achievable goals, design team-wide norms and processes to streamline operations, and coach your team to top performance. Ideally, you will bring a wealth of experience in SaaS product development, technical leadership, and a passion for leveraging technology to positively impact society. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, accountability, productivity, and high performance. - Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning with Binti’s mi
