The Role: As an Engineering Talent Lead at Sunrise, you’ll own hiring for the next stage of Sunrise’s engineering team growth. You’ll report directly to the CEO, leading full-cycle recruiting across engineering (AI, Simulation, Robotics, Deployment and Infrastructure) while collaborating on putting systems in place that make hiring structured, repeatable, and fast. This is a hands-on, high-leverage individual contributor role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, works directly with founders, and knows how to deliver quality hires without compromising the bar.
