We have multiple openings for an Engineering Technical Supervisor to lead multi-disciplinary teams of technologists supporting S300 firing operations. You will be an administrative supervisor and have technical responsibilities in support of Weapons Physics Programs and S300 firing operations. You will be responsible for personnel actions involving employees including selection, performance evaluations, salary recommendations, promotions and corrective actions. You will regularly interact with NSED division leadership, program managers, diagnostic leads, project engineers and scientists. This position is in the National Security Engineering Division (NSED) within the Engineering Directorate. These positions will be filled at either level based on knowledge and related experience as assessed by the hiring team. Additional job responsibilities (outlined below) will be assigned at the higher level. These positions require full-time on-site presence due to the nature of the work. In this role, you will Lead and provide technical and direct administrative supervision and oversight to a minimum of 8 individuals in mechanical, electronics, and coordination disciplines, including personnel actions and administration of policies and procedures. Collaborate with technical staff to apply innovative expertise in defining functional requirements, solving complex technical and resource problems, and evaluating alternative des
