Job's mission ASM is recruiting for Engineering Technician in our Sales & Service business function located in Korea. The primary responsibility of this position is to perform Complete Kit Management (CKM) activities at customer sites, supporting equipment operations and maintenance requirements. In addition, the Field Service Technician will work as part of the same team as the Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and provide support for FSE activities as required, including equipment installation, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and other field service-related tasks. You will contribute to maintaining high equipment availability and customer satisfaction while supporting ASM semiconductor capital equipment in customer manufacturing environments What you will be working on Monitor, inspect, setup, and maintain ASM equipment in the field to prevent equipment downtime. Perform equipment PM and maintenance. Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues during PM. Accurately document all maintenance activity and provide field service reports. Work onsite at various customer locations in a cleanroom environment. Create and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through advanced customer service skills, implementing permanent solutions while maintaining a "safety first
