No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work Apply professional experience in to evaluate and enhance AI model capabilities within real-world scenarios. Design, execute, and iterate agentic workflows that simulate critical professional processes, providing actionable insights for continuous model improvement. Pinpoint and analyze reasoning gaps, workflow limitations, and tool-use challenges in AI agent outputs, translating findings into detailed, constructive feedback. Develop comprehensive examples, test cases, and operational playbooks derived from your domain expertise and day-to-day professional activities. Partner with research and product stakeholders to communicate nuanced domain feedback and influence AI model development. Document workflow outcomes and contribute to best-practice libraries for AI agent adoption and enablement. Preferred Qualifications Extensive professional experience in Sales, Growth Product Management, Project Management, Finance, or a similar domain as long as AI agents are a regular part of your workflows. Proven ability to connect data sources, configure permission/authentication, and integrate AI agents with productivity tools and business systems. Hands-on experience as a workflow builder, not just an end user—demonstrated by designing, implementing, and operating multi-tool agentic workflows (e.g., with Gmail, Drive, Slack, Jira, MCP connectors, APIs, or platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n).
