The Enterprise Architect for ServiceNow and Nuvolo will play a key role in designing and implementing architectural solutions that leverage ServiceNow and Nuvolo platforms to streamline operations and enhance service delivery. This remote position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and cloud-based solutions. This position is contingent upon award within a standard 30 day turnaround. • Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions in alignment with organizational goals. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into an efficient architecture that meets business needs. • Evaluate and integrate existing systems with ServiceNow and Nuvolo applications, ensuring interoperability and optimal performance. • Provide technical leadership and best practices for development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow and Nuvolo solutions. • Develop architecture diagrams, documentation, and roadmaps to communicate the architecture vision and implementation plans. • Monitor and assess emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement in service delivery. • Ensure compliance with security and governance policies in the architectural design and application deployment. This is a remote position, providing flexibility in work environment while engaging in collaborative projects. Requirements • Ability to obtain a Public Trust. • Candidates must be U.S. citizens or hold a Green Card. 7+ years of ServiceNow architecture and configuration experience Direct experience supporting Nuvolo Clinical EAM on ServiceNow Strong understanding of CMMS , clinical asset lifecycle, and work order management in hospitals Experience supporting HTM (Healthcare Technology Management) , Biomedical Engineering, or Facilities operations Experience with business rules, UI actions, scripts, workflows, and role/group administration Experience in Operations & Maintenance (O&M) enviro
