In this role, you'll help architect and build the interconnected systems that run the business, leveraging third party tools, MCP servers, internal APIs, lightweight web apps, and automated workflows. This is a role for a Python engineer who wants to build, deploy, and maintain high impact, in-house tools and automation. Our team is small, high-trust, and values clarity, maintainability, and getting the details right. What You'll Do Build and maintain MCP servers that expose data platform capabilities and enterprise business systems to internal tools and AI workflows in a deterministic way Build internal APIs to enrich the ecosystem of programmatically addressable resources Build lightweight web apps and dashboards using Streamlit to support internal processes Develop stateful applications that ensure SOP of various processes are followed in order Develop and maintain automated workflows and pipelines in Python Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to a culture of tech
