The Role This is a strategic relationship management role focused on growing and retaining revenue within existing enterprise accounts. You’ll be responsible for identifying and unlocking new opportunities within some of the world’s top brands—selling into new teams, divisions, and use cases—while also owning the commercial health of your book of business. This is a proactive, consultative sales motion focused on driving meaningful revenue growth within your book of business. You’ll partner closely with Customer Success and leadership to align expansion with renewal strategy, while independently building relationships, generating pipeline, and closing expansion and renewal deals across complex organizations.
