What You'll Do As a Reliability Engineer, you will support engineering and logistics efforts for Navy programs by assisting with the analysis, review, and development of technical data and system support documentation. Under the guidance of senior engineers and program leaders, you will: Review technical data packages for compliance with engineering standards and program requirements Review engineering and technical referrals in accordance with established processes and procedures Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality control and quality assurance systems Review, validate, and develop technical data, technical manuals, and provisioning documentation Analyze performance and supportability data to assist in the development of Readiness Based Sparing (RBS) models Support a variety of engineering, reliability, maintainability, and logistics-related activities Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced system readiness Contribute innovative ideas and technical solutions while developing professional engineering skills What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering Technology, or
