Location: Remote Facility: Remote Time Type: Full Time Shift: Variable Position Summary • The EHR Applications Analyst will have primary responsibility for requirement gathering, design, build/configuration, testing, validation and ongoing support of their assigned Epic application(s) and third-party systems related to those applications. The Analyst will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining in depth knowledge of the software functionality and acquiring/utilizing knowledge of the operational workflows to be implemented with the Epic system. The Analyst will be responsible for coordinating aspects of planning, design, development, implementation, adoption, communication, maintenance and evaluation of existing or new functionality related to Epic and related information systems. Responsible for managing projects related to Epic and related third party systems. Participates in on-call rotation including weekend and after-hours coverage as assigned. Education/Experience • Associate’s degree in Business, IT or Healthcare Related field required or 2 years of IT or healthcare experience in lieu of degree Licenses and Certification • Relevant job-related certifications with Epic application certification within 90 days of hire, as applicable Role Specific Responsibilities • Understanding of the organization, users and workflow in the analyst’s assigned area. • Ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts, manage issues, oversight and implementation of project plans.
