This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to identify improvement opportunities, develop practical solutions, and implement changes that enhance operational performance and user experience. The ideal candidate can assess business needs, recommend solutions, and independently drive activities such as workflow analysis, system configuration, testing, training, troubleshooting, and adoption support. This individual partners closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure Epic capabilities are effectively aligned with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Optimization Evaluate current workflows, processes, and system utilization to identify opportunities for improvement.
