Location: Spicerhaart Head Office, Colchester Reporting to: Head of Training & Development EA Responsible for: Training of circa 250 colleagues Working model: Remote working with mandatory travel to our training sites Benefits of being an Estate Agency Training Manager at Spicerhaart : A basic salary of £30,000–£40,000 per year, dependant on experience 10% annual bonus of annual salary, based on hitting half-yearly targets A company car or a monthly car allowance Monday–Friday working hours: 8:30am–6pm Responsibilities of an Estate Agency Training Manager at Spicerhaart in Colchester: Responsible for the design, development and delivery of training programmes within Spicerhaart that facilitate and improve colleague performance in both sales and customer experience Deliver training programmes for Spicerhaart colleagues that meet all aspects of procedural compliance and legislative requirements Develop and maintain training manuals and documentation, ensuring they reflect current company policy and legislative requirements Provide support for other departments in the development and upkeep of Operations Manuals Review training materials, ensuring activities provide learning that enables improvement within Spicerhaart Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company procedures, operating systems, key tasks and legal requirements in order to develop and maintain training materials and deliver effective training Keep up to date with best practice within
