The EU Data Compliance Administrator is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the EU Data Compliance Team. The role supports the delivery of Jaguar Land Rover’s EU Data Act (EUDA) services by processing customer requests, maintaining records, supporting customer communications and ensuring operational activities are completed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with EUDA Case Managers, Team Leaders and wider business stakeholders, the EU Data Compliance Advisor plays an important role in ensuring customer and business requests are processed in accordance with operational procedures, regulatory requirements and service level commitments. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer and operational support.
