Job Responsibility: Responsible for Developing Training Programs Accountable for Delivering Training Sessions Hands-on Demonstrations and Practical Exercises Assessment and Evaluation Leadership Self-Development and Keeping Updated Collaboration with Stakeholders Documentation and Reporting Ownership Compliance and Safety Assurance Education: Bachelor's in engineering (Electronics/ Electrical/Automobile/Mechanical) Skills: Diagnostic experience in Automobile workshop Hands on for vehicle parts removal & re-fitment Training delivery to various profiles Training content development Hands on MS-office tools Strong understanding of automotive systems and technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
