Events Coordinator

This role will coordinate and administer ShiftCare ’s global events, program across Australia, North America and Canada. You’ll take the administrative and coordination workload off our Sales and Marketing teams so they can focus on customers, partners and being onsite at events. The Opportunity You’ll be the operational backbone of our global events program — conferences, trade shows, customer events, webinars and field marketing across Australia, North America and Canada. Working Australian hours and days, you’ll own the planning, coordination and administration that happens before and after every event, so the local team only has to turn up and execute. Your responsibilities will include: Event planning and project management — end-to-end timelines, milestones and checklists for every event in the global program. Venue, supplier and partner coordination — sourcing, contracting and liaising with venues, caterers, AV, freight and event partners. Registrations and attendee management — building and managing registration pages, attendee lists, confirmations and badges. Marketing collateral coordination — briefing and producing brochures, banners, signage, pull- up banners and digital assets with the design team. Shipping and logistics planning — coordinating booth freight, collateral and giveaway shipments across regions, including customs documentation.
