Executive Assistant PH REMOTE

This is a remote position. ABOUT THE ROLE Omni Auto Glass LLC, a family-owned auto glass repair and replacement business based in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our ownership and our growing Philippines-based team. This is a fully remote, work-from-home role based in the Philippines. The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the owner, to Philippines-based staff, and to other US-based team members traveling to or working from the Philippines. The role serves as a critical bridge between our US and Philippine operations and includes coordination with Philippine business and government entities on behalf of the ownership. This is a permanent, ongoing contractor engagement for the right candidate. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative and operational support to the owner, Philippines-based staff, and other team members traveling to or working from the Philippines Manage calendars, correspondence, and scheduling for supported individuals Coordinate internal communications between US and Philippines-based team members Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence as requested Perform accurate data entry into company systems, including Zoho CRM and related platforms Serve as liaison with Philippine business and government entities (banks, BIR, local government offices, service providers, etc.) on behalf of the ownership Support day-to-day business operations and ad-hoc projects Handle confidential business information with appropriate discretion and professionalism Provide additional operational support as directed by the owner Requirements REQUIREMENTS Experience & Education Two (2) or more years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or comparable support role Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered Language Fluent English, both written and verbal (required) Fluent Filipino/Tagalog, both written and verbal (required, for liai
