We are seeking a driven and experienced Executive Director, Head of Corporate Development to lead Medison’s Corporate Development function. Reporting directly to Medison’s Chief Business Officer, the Head of Corporate Development will be part of the Business Development & Corporate Strategy Division Leadership Team. They will lead valuation and structuring, as well as assess and lead transactions that align with our long-term growth strategy. This is a top leadership role for a proactive, result-oriented professional with deep experience in valuation and transaction execution in the biopharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities Lead and execute valuation deal models across all types of transactions. Serve as Medison’s hands-on Center of Excellence for all valuation matters in the company. Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic partnerships and other key transactions in support of Medison’s growth. Lead cross functional teams through diligence efforts, ensuring rigor analysis and internal collaboration. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic opportunities, aligned with Medison’s long term objectives. Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investment banks and potential biotech partners. Work in collaboration with Corporate Strategy and other functions to support Medison’s Long-Range Plan, BOD related analyses and other financial assessments.
