Executive Operations Manager (Remote) Compensation: $25/hour + performance-based compensation (1–3% of adjusted net revenue) Expected Total Compensation: $80,000–$150,000+ annually for the right person. About the Role This is not a traditional administrative assistant position. I’m looking for someone to become my right hand and help run the day-to-day operations of multiple growing businesses. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects moving, making sure nothing falls through the cracks, improving systems, leveraging AI to increase efficiency, and helping execute at a high level.
