About this role: The Executive Producer, Experiential Production is a senior leadership role responsible for owning the end-to-end production of MATTE’s experiential work. This role sets the standard for creative execution, operational excellence, and financial rigor across all experiential projects. The Executive Producer is a strategic partner to Creative, Client Services, and Finance, while also serving as a leader and mentor to the Experiential Production team. This role is equal parts creative steward, operational leader, and business owner: accountable for delivery, margin, team development, and the continued evolution of MATTE’s experiential capabilities. Experiential Leadership & Delivery Own the full lifecycle of experiential productions: from concept through execution, installation, and strike. Oversee large-scale live events, immersive environments, installations, pop-ups, and cultural activations. Ensure creative intent is preserved while delivering work that is operationally sound, safe, and scalable. Act as the senior production voice in creative development, identifying feasibility, risk, and opportunity early.
