Executive Search Sourcer (Contractor) Role Overview As an Executive Search Sourcer, you will play a critical role in building and delivering leadership talent pipelines that support Micron’s most strategic hiring initiatives. Working closely with Executive Search Partners and senior business leaders, you will identify, research, map, and engage executive and senior leadership talent across Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Corporate Functions, and Business Units. This role requires a highly skilled sourcing and talent intelligence professional with expertise in executive research, talent mapping, market analysis, candidate engagement, and competitive intelligence. You will proactively identify both proven executives and high-potential leadership talent while delivering data-driven insights that influence executive hiring decisions and long-term workforce planning. Key Responsibilities Develop Executive Talent Mapping & Research Strategies Build comprehensive talent maps, organizational charts, and executive market landscapes for critical and confidential leadership searches. Conduct deep research across target companies, industries, and competitive markets to identify executive and leadership talent. Create and maintain talent intelligence reports, succession pipelines, and candidate market analyses. Develop targeted sourcing strategies aligned to business priorities, leadership requirements, and workforce planning needs. Partner with Strategic Workforce Intelligence and talent research resources to leverage market data and talent insights.
