GENERAL FUNCTION: Administers the retail aspects of international banking and sales of bank products to expatriate customers including depository accounts, account transactions, international wire transfers and foreign currency transactions, credit cards and coordinates car loan and mortgage loan products as well as Fifth Third Securities products with Fifth Third internal partners. Develops and maintains relationships with International corporate clients and prospects Bancorp-wide to grow revenue. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.
