How You'll Make An Impact Manage end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of live events and film productions from concept through post-event/post-production wrap. Develop and manage detailed production timelines, run-of-shows, call sheets, and logistics plans to ensure efficient execution. Oversee venue sourcing, site visits, permitting, contracts, insurance requirements, and vendor negotiations. Supervise coordinators, fixers, and other contractors on all travel, accommodations, transportation, equipment rentals, and on-site logistics for crew, talent, and stakeholders. Manage production and event budgets, including forecasting, cost tracking, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
