Summary As part of the Family Office Services team, the Family Wealth Strategist is a highly dynamic and experienced professional with a Juris Doctor (JD) and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation. The Family Wealth Strategist will serve as the Lead Advisor’s counterpart providing consultative services complementing and extending the advisor’s industry expertise. The individual will be responsible for designing and integrating a wide array of wealth management strategies and family office services to align a high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth family’s financial capital with its values, long-term vision, and family dynamics for a seamless client experience. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of legal expertise and financial planning knowledge to act as the integrator and leader in the delivery of quality services across multiple domains and areas of planning. The role goes beyond understanding specific technical strategies, but to anticipate the impact and understand the interplay a particular solution may have on other disciplines. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent project management skills, exceptional interpersonal ability, clear communication, and a deep understanding of complex financial, legal, and tax landscapes. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Act as the advisor’s primary point of contact and liaison, coordinating all aspects of the client's integrated plan between the family, internal teams, and external partners to ensure a cohesive approach. Conduct thorough discovery to ascertain the family’s long-term objectives that align with their principles and vision. Based on the family’s objectives, identify issues and needs to design an integrated plan. Consult with the advisor and family on the overall integrated plan and the complex interaction between different domains.
