About the Role We are looking for a Field Application Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and support of connected lighting, remote management, and Smart City solutions. With an extensive installed base of remote management systems and growing demand for intelligent solutions, we are seeking a specialist who can provide technical support throughout the entire project lifecycle, from pre-sales and implementation to commissioning and post-sales support. Main Responsibilities Configure remote management systems of varying levels of complexity using dedicated software applications. Provide technical support to the sales team and partners during the pre-sales phase to identify the most suitable technical solutions. Provide technical support during the implementation of remote management and smart lighting projects. Install, configure, and demonstrate products and solutions at customer premises. Provide post-sales technical support, including: installation and commissioning; diagnosing and resolving issues encountered during implementation; training end users; maintenance and support activities for delivered products and services.
