The Field Application Scientist provides scientific and technical support for customer engagement, consultation, and solution development across TriLink's guide RNA (gRNA), oligonucleotide, mRNA, and related nucleic acid technologies. This role partners with customers, Business Development, and cross-functional teams to understand scientific requirements and recommend technical solutions that support product adoption and successful customer applications. The position independently supports customer engagements, technical troubleshooting, and pre- and post-sales activities while contributing scientific insights that strengthen customer experience and commercial effectiveness.
