THE OPPORTUNITY In this role, you’ll develop and execute integrated, multi-touch programmes including events, digital campaigns, and partner co-marketing initiatives. You’ll gain first-hand experience in how a fast-growing company builds a world-class brand across the EMEA region, executing field and channel marketing programmes that directly support our sales and partner ecosystem in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The ideal candidate is both a team player and a self-starter - someone who is hands-on, relationship-driven, and passionate about taking projects from concept to flawless execution, with a strong feel for the nuances of the DACH market. This is a remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from home wherever you're based in Germany. To stay closely connected with the team, we ask that you join an in-person team day roughly once a month. These gatherings rotate between different German cities, so the travel is shared fairly and gives everyone the chance to collaborate face-to-face, build relationships, and align on regional priorities before heading back to remote work.
