Field Operations Manager Location Remote (U.S.) with occasional travel to customer sites, TurbineOne facilities, demonstrations, and operational events as required. The Role The Field Operations Manager owns the operational systems that make Field Engineering deployable, repeatable, and scalable. This is a builder role; you will start as an Individual Contributor (IC) with extended team support, responsible for defining the operational models and discipline. Over time, you will build and lead a team to perform these functions. You will partner closely with Field Engineering, Mission Operations, Product, Engineering, Security, BD, and leadership to ensure every field engagement has the right people, equipment, information, and operating cadence to succeed. Core Responsibility Areas Field Engagement Operations: Own the end-to-end operational workflow for Field Engineering from resourcing and readiness to execution and closeout. Maintain the field engagement tracker, validate upcoming requests, and drive pre-deployment planning discipline. Field Hardware: Own the operational readiness of field hardware.
