Provide technical support and advisory services to all our clients and collaborators. Enhance field service through the collection of data and technical information required to develop technical improvement proposals, aiming to exceed customer expectations and ensure the achievement of John Crane Mexico’s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Monitor equipment in operation covered under the comprehensive service contract. Keep databases, reports, and logs up to date. Measure equipment performance indicators. Generate reports and recommendations for the client regarding pump train conditions. Perform failure analysis of mechanical seals, generating the necessary information to request engineering changes and/or provide recommendations to the client. Deliver training sessions to the client’s maintenance and operations personnel. Manage the client account: oversee inventory, consumption, material loading, material tracking, MTBF management, repairs, contribution margin, changes in seal configurations, full asset census updates, and on-time delivery of mechanical seals. Follow up on orders through the supply chain. Provide technical advisory services to clients upon request. Comply with and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies.
