We’re looking for a highly motivated Finance Controller to oversee the Q-Commerce portfolio of APAC, Europe and Turkey region as well as provide value-added analysis contributing to important business decisions with key stakeholders. The Finance Controller will be based in Philippines and will be a key member of the Regional Finance Insights team. The Controller will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the APAC, Europe and Turkey region and will support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analysis, and compliance. The candidate will thrive in a culture of accountability and transparency and be highly responsive to the needs of the continually evolving organization. Responsibilities: Partner with local and regional stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and Turkey to ensure accurate and timely Month End Close for the Q-Commerce portfolio. Develop and maintain tools and financial models to support monthly Month End Close, Forecasts and Annual Budgets. Perform detailed variance analysis to explain financial performance and key business drivers. Prepare accurate and insightful management reporting decks to support strategic decision-making.
