MANTECH is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Finance Manager to help support our current Marine Corps Systems Command Contract in Stafford, VA . The successful candidate will work directly with the Account Owner and Program Management Office to ensure accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial execution of Department of Defense-based contracts to support multiple delivery vehicles in a fast-paced and operationally complex account. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide programmatic and analytical support for the Program Management Office overseeing a Department of Defense contract in direct support of the United States Marine Corps. Analyze the overall program and its constituent elements to assess current and emerging financial requirements. Track program process and control to baseline and maintain cost, schedule, performance and risk metrics as they pertain to established objectives. Provide financial management expertise as well as development/maintenance of industry documentation and accounting artifacts, presentation/briefing materials, coordination and action item tracking, and general day-to-day support of programmatic activities.
