About the Role We are seeking a Finance Manager with real estate experience to oversee financial operations, reporting, and analysis while supporting investment and asset management activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with residential property portfolios, real estate investments, or asset management companies, with strong expertise in financial reporting, accounting operations, and multi-entity financial management. Shift: UK Business Hours Work Arrangement: Remote (Philippines) What You'll Do: Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and financial analysis for real estate operations and investment activities. Manage accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial transaction reviews. Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial planning processes. Provide financial analysis on property performance, operational results, and investment activities. Manage and maintain accurate financial reporting across multiple entities, properties, and business units. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and support audit requirements. Apply knowledge of UK accounting practices and reporting requirements to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
