How you will make an impact: The Clinical Trials Division (CTD) is part of the Pharma Services Group (PSG) to support Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Medical Device companies in planning, supplying, and executing clinical trials. Position Summary Lead the operational finance governance of Thermo Fisher’s Agentic AI Purchase Order (PO) Intake Validation and Quote Matching Solution. This role is responsible for owning the monitoring of AI-driven PO intake, PO-to-Quote mapping, exception validations, coordinating cross-functional resolution, and partnering with Development and CERT (Customer Experience Resolution) teams to continuously enhance AI logic, automation, and platform capabilities supporting the Quote-to-Cash process. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily AI PO intake, validation performance, and operational health. Own Finance exception management for PO-to-Quote mapping, validation failures, duplicate POs, blanket POs, pricing, customer master, and billing eligibility.
