Our current portfolio includes approximately 1,800 manufactured housing lots and $140M in assets under management, and we are continuing to grow through disciplined acquisitions and operational excellence. About the Role As we continue to grow our national portfolio, we're looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead our accounting function and build the financial foundation that supports our next stage of growth. This is more than a traditional Controller role. You'll oversee financial reporting, month-end close, investor distributions, and the accounting team while partnering closely with executive leadership to improve systems, strengthen internal controls, and scale our finance operations.
