This role forms part of the FM Compliance Team, made up of discipline‑specific subject matter experts. As the Fire Technical SME, you will be responsible for overseeing specialised fire safety maintenance activities and providing expert technical advice and performance oversight across the portfolio. The position involves conducting both on‑site and desktop compliance inspections to ensure fire maintenance meets required standards and contractual KPIs. Travel to operating sites, including occasional overnight stays, will be required for audits and inspections. Key Responsibilities Deliver specialist fire safety engineering services and provide expert technical advice, information, and solutions to stakeholders regarding fire safety upgrades, issues, standards, policies, and compliance requirements in line with client standards and WA regulations. Ensure Sodexo’s fire vendor contractors comply with CCMS requirements and follow work management strategies aligned with the planned program of works. Support FM Operations Teams by assisting with
