Firewall Engineer – Level 2 (NNDOE)

What You'll do: Manage and support enterprise firewall infrastructure using Check Point and Fortinet technologies; Troubleshoot and resolve complex firewall, routing, NAT, VPN, and performance issues; Perform incident and problem management activities to ensure service availability; Automate firewall deployment and management using Ansible, Git, and CI/CD pipelines; Implement and maintain configuration as code practices; Manage firewall lifecycle activities, including upgrades, patching, and rollback procedures; Maintain CMDB/Source of Truth accuracy and governance; Ensure compliance with security standards, audit requirements, and high availability best practices; - Full remote; Who You Are: Strong expertise in enterprise firewall engineering (Level 2); Mandatory hands-on experience with Juniper SD-WAN (Session Smart Router – SSR); Hands-on experience with Check Point (R8x) and Fortinet (FortiGate) platforms; Proven experience troubleshooting complex networking issues, including routing, NAT, VPN, and performance; Experience with incident and problem management; Proficiency in firewall automation using Ansible, Git, and CI/CD pipelines; Experience with configuration as code and CMDB/Source of Truth governance; Solid know
