We're looking for a Fleet Operations Manager to take ownership of in-life fleet operations, ensuring vehicles remain compliant, cost-effective, and fully operational for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing mission critical customer fleets, working closely with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers to provide a seamless operational experience while delivering against key performance indicators and service level agreements. As Fleet Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of customer fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained, compliant, and available to support customer needs. You will act as the primary operational contact for customers and suppliers, building strong relationships and driving continuous improvement across fleet performance. You'll oversee all aspects of in-life vehicle management, including: Vehicle maintenance and compliance Vehicles off road (VOR) management Hire vehicle arrangements Accident and breakdown management Supplier performance and relationship management Operational reporting and KPI delivery Cost management and fleet optimisation Working collaboratively across Operations, Commercial, Account Management, and supplier networks, you'll ensure customers receive a reliable, efficient, and cost-effective fleet service. Key Responsibilities Fleet Operations & Service Delivery Manage all in-life vehicle activity and fleet operational processes. Ensure vehicles are maintained to agreed service levels and customer requirements. Monitor and manage vehicle compliance, maintenance schedules, and operational performance. Take ow
