What You Will Do: Provide exceptional technical support for software via calls, emails, and chats; Assist customers with product-related inquiries; Diagnose and troubleshoot software-related issues, deliver timely resolutions; Support customers with software installation, configuration, and day-to-day usage; Provide technical assistance for software updates, patches, and new releases; Deliver engaging training sessions and webinars for customers; Design and develop high-quality training materials, user guides, and learning resources to support ongoing customer education; Securely work with customers’ sensitive information. What you need to succeed in this role: Excellent English (C1 for both written and spoken ); Experience in a customer support or technical support role is a must; Solid understanding of software applications and core technical concepts, with the ability to apply knowledge in a practical setting; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to a range of audiences; Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently diagnose and resolve technical issues; Attention to details; Positive and responsible attitude; Personal laptop or computer (at least 8
